Frequently asked questions
- Is an organization the same as having our own academy?
- No. An organization sits under Sport Safety International: you buy training for your people and your branding appears alongside SSI's. If you want to publish and sell your own courses under your own domain, that's the academy model on our For Providers page.
- What happens if we run out of seats?
- Assignment is blocked rather than silently oversold — the seat count is enforced in the database. Contact us to add more seats and continue onboarding.
- Do our staff need individual purchases?
- No. Once your seats are in place, staff join through your private portal and enroll in the courses you've made available at no cost to them.
- Whose logo is on the certificate?
- Both. Certificates issued to your members display your organization's logo beside Sport Safety International's, and the pairing is recorded permanently on the certificate record.
- Can we verify a member's certificate later?
- Yes. Every certificate has a public verification page and QR code showing live status — valid, expired, or revoked.
