- Who receives the money from a sale?
- You do. Charges are created directly on your connected Stripe account, so funds settle to you, your statement descriptor appears on the learner's card, and you handle refunds and disputes in your own Stripe dashboard. The platform fee is deducted automatically at charge time.
- Will my site look like Sport Safety International?
- No. Your portal renders with your logo, colors, hero content, and metadata on your own subdomain. Tenant branding drives the site chrome, landing page, and certificate templates.
- Can another academy see my learners or courses?
- No. Tenant isolation is enforced by row-level security in the database, not just in application code, and every server-side write re-authorizes the caller against the target tenant.
- Do I control my own promo codes?
- You propose them and the platform team approves them. Once approved, the code is live for your courses and its usage limits are enforced atomically at checkout.
- How long does setup take?
- Provisioning is handled by our team rather than instant self-serve, so we can get your domain, branding, and Stripe connection right. Most academies are live shortly after their request is approved.
